And we're back!

Okay so I know I'm total LAME SAUCE. It's been a while since you heard from me, not that I've captivated you, lol. Anyways so many things to say but the question is "What to say?" Well, I suppose I can start with the fairly recent. On Monday April 25th my lovely friends Trinity, Vanity and Chastity put on a show for RuPaul's Drag Race season finale. I, of course being the good friend that I am, decided that I would dress up in support of them. Needless to say, if any of you attended Cancer's a Drag, I may look pretty but I'm not the daintiest of girls, lol. Nervous as they were, I lowered the bar and calmed them with luck that is specially saved for me. First I smashed a dress in the door, which of course people noticed. Then my dress got caught on a bar stool and pulled it over, at least a couple of times. Now let's not forget mother nature, apparently I'm her punch line too. I ran to the house to grab a couple items left behind, luckily the house is right next to the bar so I literally ran. However, just like in the movies, I step out of the house and the flood gates of the heavens open. I walked back into the bar looking like a drowned cat. All this took place within the first hour. So again if you want to look good for anything, just invite me, I'll lower the bar for you. All I have to say is, it's a good thing I have no shame when it comes to public humiliations. So I'm moving and supposed to be moving tomorrow, unfortunately I don't think that's gonna happen! My family as usual is dragging their feet! It's very frustrating! Now that, that's over! ;) I do believe that I must update you on the goings on of the last couple days. Minus the rant, which I already stated is over. Well karaoke back up singing was lots of fun on Sun. Met a new friend from TX, you gotta love those Texas Girls! They're all crazy! Not that I have much room to talk (pot meet kettle) Monday it was back to work which is always exciting.....much sarcasm implied. Which brings us to today. Work wasn't that bad and I managed to get done what I needed to and wanted to. Which were two very different things. Also as part of my job, sometimes when we ring someone up, the customer gets a survey to call. As part of the "please give us a high score" sch-pill, we have to ask them to rate us as 5's. Of course as God would have it, the cashier went to bag some crickets when a couple of HOT gay guys go up to the register. Naturally they got a survey, so I had to up the charm and be perky! As I asked, and I quote "Please give us 5's cuz they're the best!" the darker haired one begins to snicker....oh all right, he flat out started laughing hysterically! At this point I say "I can't believe you're laughing at me!" he responds with "But I find it amusing you're making it sound like we won something." Needless to say I went "Well now that I've amused you and you embarrassed me, you have to give us fives to make up for it." at this point he had the opportunity to be embarrassed as his boyfriend laughed at him. (P.S. did ya catch that? I said boyfriend, sad but true! So since it would just be awkward if I pet them I chose to pet their dog.) So, tomorrow if our score doesn't go up, I'm gonna be pissed off!

So this blog isn't going to have any specific agenda. I've decided I need a place to celebrate me! (As conceded as that may sound) and all the randomness that comes with that statement. However, under the ME category falls all the people and places and events in my life and their people, places and events in life, so see I'm not as narcissistic as you may have thought. This is my first post so I have officially popped my blogging cherry! I hope you enjoy what entertainment I may provide. Now it's time to get some drinks and sing karaoke at the table whilst others actually get up and preform. In my mind I like to think of myself as a professional karaoke back up singer. ;0) Happy Singing!
